I,____________________________, agree to borrow the TI-83 Plus graphing calculator #______ from Miami Senior High. I acknowledge that the calculator is in good condition at the time of loan. I agree to care for the calculator, keep it safe, and return it to Ms. Alfonso before the end of the school year. I promise to pay $107.00 if I misplace, damage, or fail to return the calculator for any reason what so ever. I am aware that I need to purchase my own batteries.
